LOCATION- being sold under consignment by a private seller in Ashgrove, BRISBANE but transport AUSTRALIA-WIDE can be arranged. It’d cost about $350 to get this sofa to SYDNEY (to give you an idea of interstate transport costs via a specialist furniture carrier).

This suite is about 5 years old and in brilliant condition overall. It has been used at the edge of an under-covered outdoor area for about 5 years. Every piece is strong and sturdy. The frames are all as solid as a rock and very sturdy with NO damage at all. NO separation in any joint area, NO wobbles, NO cracks around any joint (or anywhere for that matter. (The timber has minor, cosmetic signs of aging as shown in the closer-up photos - the timber is designed to go grey when exposed to the weather to match the grey cords. The aging to the timber is minimal and not really noticed. If you want the timber to be flawless again, use a wood cleaner and then some outdoor furniture oil. It will then pop. The rope weaving is very thick and resilient. It shows NO wear, NO signs of weakness, NO damage AT ALL. There are NO broken strands. The outdoor cushioning is plush, comfortable and top-quality. After 5 years, it shows NO signs of degradation- this cushioning is all brilliant. The cushion covers are also in excellent condition overall. The fabric is weather resistant. They show little signs of use. There is a small, minor cigarette burn on the sofa seat cushion; however, this is completely hidden from view when the back cushions are in place, leaving the clean lines of the suite entirely uninterrupted. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ All 3 pieces have been very well looked-after. Measurements. The 3-seater sofa is 198cm long (this is the perfect length in my eyes- long enough for virtually anyone to lie out on but not too big). Depth- 88cm. Total Height- 82cm. FOR FREIGHT- the back cushions can lie flat to reduce the freight height to 77cm.
